i'm just trying to create a multi level dropdown, all of the mods/template mods i've found don't work

It depends on where you want to place it. I've done it myself many times.

Did you do a forum search for such an item here on this site? If not, you might be surprised at what you'll find.

Right, they are just general scripts, you would need to know CSS an have a understanding of vb code in order for it to work so it would match all styles.

Do you mean something ajax related that would dynamically show other dropdowns? Or 1 dropdown with multiple categories?

I want to create a dropdown called "resources" and have multiple tabs within that for categories and then the links are in those.
