You could try this:
Style Manager > CSS Templates > Forumbits.css

Find:
(Right at the top of the forumbits.css document)

.forumhead {
	background: {vb:stylevar forumhead_background};
	_background-image: none;
	padding: 0;
	font:{vb:stylevar forumhead_font};
	color:{vb:stylevar forumhead_color};

Add below:

text-align: center;
