Problem with accented word and attachment

Yes, i've fixed it.
Since i don't know what was happens.
We try a lot of time to restart the server and after it start to work fine.
Probably there is an issue in the server configuration (i think) and if we found the reason i'll update this thread.

I've only a problem now.

I've reinstalled the shoutbox.

And it works.

But in the log i receive:

My forum is under /forum/ folder

How can happen this ?
