Board of the Month Nominations - October/November 2013

This is the nomination thread for Board of the Month for October/November 2013!

The rules for this thread:

• Only post nominations or seconds, no chatter.
• All seconds are to be placed in 1 post, with a max of 3.
• All seconds should include the word "second" or "+1".
• All posts must be in English.

Please abide by these rules or your post will be removed.


Nominations will be accepted until the last day of this month (Close to midnight- maybe a few hours earlier, maybe a few hours later. There is no exact time.)

Note- In the event it is deemed there have not been enough entries or seconds the deadline may be extended an additional month.

When nominating please post the site name, URL to the forum, a short description what makes your board stand out from default vBulletin, and a reason for nomination that will motivate others to second the nomination. If the staff feels that a nomination post is too promotional it will be edited accordingly.

Any sites without a name, URL, description and reason for nomination will NOT be entered into the poll. Please ensure that your nomination is in the format:

When seconding sites, please ensure that you use the same post for the maximum of 3 allowed seconds. Any seconds not located in your first seconding post will not be counted. Please also ensure that you quote the nomination post you are seconding in your post (Use Multi-Quote Option if you are nomination multiple boards). If there is no name or URL provided then the post will be ignored when the nominations are counted.

Also, please make sure that you are seconding a forum that has already been nominated by its forum owner. Any seconds for a forum that has not been nominated yet will be counted as null and void.

You MUST enter the URL to your forum in the "URL:" line. DO NOT put a link with your site's name. Your entry will be rejected. Only 1 link is allowed.

3. One section to view the latest post activity.
4. One section to view the latest thread activity.
5. Lots of section to view the latest activity inside any subforum with the child subforum in the forum, ex: showing cars classified section, and filtering only toyota classified section only, so no subforum inside the forum that you cannot see the activity from the main page.
6. Member to member payment system integrated with vbulletin user database and the vbulletin usergroup rules (giro.modifikasi.com).

We've been online early 2006 aiming to become the best anime website catered toward otakus and anime/manga fans.

1. The homepage itself has been in development for more then 2 years and still ongoing with new features every month and many updates.

2. We're the first anime site to make a vbulletin costume anime skin and taking it to the fullest extend. Unfortunately i can't show our vb 3.7.x skins since we've upgraded lately to vb 4.x but you can see our default skin for vb 4.x

3. We pay attention to details, unique features and have over 1.5 million members.

Reason for Nomination: We use vB3 with lots of modifications. It provides a good, simple and useful interface for guests and members. Also we use a full modified Social Groups system as eClass section! Here an example Social Group (no, its not the default vbulletin forum system, just a separate system for social groups )!

Project-Spark.org is a unofficial forum for Team Dakota (Microsofts) new game Project Spark.
We're the largest unofficial community site for the game so far and we have a friendly
and outstanding community.

The developers behind the game takes part of the daily forum activity and
answer questions on daily basis.

It would be a great honor to become the board of the month!
