Change navtab-menu into a dropdown on the main navbar?

Well guess what? You can still add tabs the old fashioned way so navigation manager or not the only way to make the actual primary navbar tab a drop-down would be one of the old methods, remove the tab from the navigation manager and add it by hand/plugin etc .

If you're whipping up something new though then you better link us to it when done Ozzy!
