Even without a "mod" you can do this now with using the search module.

"http://-your-board-url-/search.php?do=finduser&userid=1&contenttype=vBForu m_Post&showposts=0"

I am sure there is already a mod or thread tool that includes this query method. I will do a search and try to post a few examples, but it should be easy enough to search for here. Google vbulletin.org if an internal search does not give you the results you are looking for.
