How to mass delete accounts with returned emails?

I send emails to our members (on VB4) on a weekly basis and get a bunch of returned emails from members whose emails are not active anymore.

Is there a way to mass delete those accounts?

I am unaware of any method to do this automatically.

And worse, a lot of the bounces may be semi-active members that have just changed their emails and forgot to update, so we really don't want to delete those accounts. I'm lucky to have a co-admin that has no other duties than this, though it's usually just birthday emails for us.
