I'm not the only admin of a VB forum that I manage (the owner has admin access too etc).
One thing they do is create Emails to send to the forum. I need a way to set some of the Email settings and remove them from view. This is essentially the email.php?do=start page. What I need to do is preselect what groups the Email will go to and either make it read-only or even remove from view entirely or just css hide etc. How critical is this? Well accidentally leaving certain groups checked can cause a cascade of 12,000 bounced Emails and errors to be processed by our server. The other admins don't understand this and as many times as I tell them which groups to send mail to, it just doesn't happen. I really want to preselect the groups and hide them, period. Out of sight out of mind. And also the "Include users that have declined admin emails?" option should be out of sight. How can I edit the email template and change these checkboxes? Thanks! |

Any ideas? What template or file or where should I look to change these on-screen options?
