Actually, I've got a question.

1) I want to redirect

http://www.dipsizkuyu.net/154-a/35830-air.html

to

http://www.dipsizkuyu.net/showthread.php?35830-Air

and created a code like this:

What did I do wrong? Can someone please help me?
