Looking for some help with vB5.
Hey guys,
I've decided to give vBulletin 5, a shot. The reason I did, it because it has SEO, and has page creation (I'm no good with SEO nor web developing). Anyway, 2 days ago I've installed, everything went smooth. But then I tested registration and posting messages. One of the problems was (with registration and many other functions). PHP Code:
The problem I faced with posting messages was, Quote:
So I reverted to vb4.2.2 (I had before 4.2.1). And now the forum is completely broken. Yesterday we've changed the settings and tried to install again vbulletin. Still no avail I'm using PHP version 5.5.3 and MySQL version 5.5.32-cll. I was disgust with their support. Quote:
I mean, I asked what's wrong exactly, and if they've tested it with vBulletin 5.5.3 (in the installation manual it says that php 5.4+ required). It's waste to spend 50$/200$ 2 questions, and both of them will benefit their product more. Anyway back to topic. Is there anyone who could help me out? |
