ALso the db errors would be good to see. Internal server error doesn't always mean your server is up the duff, you'll often find that there wil be "Addintional Error 404, document could not be found" which in most cases if the page...etc exists then it's likely a .htaccess issue if you haven't changed anything.
I tried renaming .htaccess before posting, the error was the same, and yes I did get an additional 404 error
