Like a post - Like here

I'm looking for a nice Thank-You or Like option in my forum with each post. I've seen a couple of mods like that, but the problem is that most of these add a huge box under every post with the usernames that liked that particular post.

I see that this forum uses a Heart-image at the top of each post as a like-button and if you click it, a nice box appears within the particular post. A much better solution if you ask me.

Question is: Can anybody tell me if this is a mod? And, if yes, what mod is it (or is it not available for others?)
