Move users to usergroup upon registration on age

Hi, I've searched everything I can think of but can't seem to find a mod that does this. I would like to be able to move a user to a certain usergroup depending on their age, basically anybody that registers and is under 18 years old must automatically get put into a special usergroup I have created. Is this possible? Thank You.
