i change bburl and homeurl in vbulletin database but all url in site refer to last bburl and homeurl ...is vbulletin cash setting in anywhere at database?

Not sure I understand the question exactly.
You should use the vBulletin "Admin Control Panel" to adjust the URL's.

You can't change the settings in the settings table without updating the datastore. You shouldn't normally edit anything in the database without a very good understanding what you're doing
