Moving CMS content to forums

I've pretty much given up on the vbulletin CMS. Instead of just ditching the content or moving to a new platform, I want to move things into the corresponding forums.

Does anyone have something already made for this?

I'm thinking it would need to:

• take comment thread and replace first post with article text (retains comments)
• change the title of comment thread to remove "Article:"
• assign a prefix to threads
• link categories to corresponding forums and move comment thread to correct forum
• redirect cms article urls to forum thread url
• redirect cms category urls to forum urls
