All user posts are getting moderated

All of our users' posts are being moderated rather than getting cleared for posting. I have changed and unchanged as many relevant settings that I can find, and nothing seems to be fixing this. We did get hacked, but we were able to get that cleaned up with the help of vBulletin support. Our webhost recently made a server change, but I don't know how that would be impacting anything.

We just opened a new beta test forum for a new product, so we need to be able to get all those posts through without having to moderate every single post by hand.

Do you have akismet enabled and configured? Akismet can be very aggressive at times, changing the settings to tone it down per say or disabling and utilizing another anti-spam option could be your best option.

We do use Akismet and haven't had any problems until literally the last week. There aren't any options for Akismet that I see other than how many posts clear the threshold before they are no longer scanned. I'm looking at Settings>Spam Management.
