Send Email When a Private Message is Received

I am having the exact same issue with the email notifications. However, in the
AdminCP->Maintenance->Execute SQL Query->
I get the message that I am not authorized to run sql queries. Will this change allow me to begin to run the queries:

Then either your userid isnt 1 or you failed to over write the previous copy of config.php on the server.

Just to be clear, I set it as:

no, u add ur userid, not username.

No, you need to enter your user id # not your username.

Thats why they said user ID, not username.
