Social Media Buttons Disappeared
Hello,
1st my sites url is www.teammp.net. Before our update to 4.2.1 we had the Digg, SU, and the other 2 button at the bottom of each post and in the blogs as well for sharing. They are not showing now. We are currently using the Blue Age theme, heavily modified with VB 4.2.1. Also we have several Hacks and Mods installed. Ajax Post Thank you, Ajax chat, VBtube, About Me side Bar, and a couple more. Also the Facebook Like button is also not showing up in the blogs. I have checked the user group assignments and it is on the correct group. The Social Media is turned on int he options menu and all selected as well in manager. This is really perplexing me. There are no errors that I have seen, and all files have been checked for the correct version. And the background image for the site will not show on any of the themes we currently have installed. Any idea's and help would be appreciated. Thanks, Lee |

I had the same problem when using modded theme have you looked to see if there were Theme conflicts. If not what I did, was import the Theme again. It fixed my problem, maybe it will fix yours.

Where these custom Themes? or where they the default themes if they were custom themes you would need the xml from the theme package you installed the Blue Age Theme and goto Admin CP then styles and templates then chose download upload style and chose import style xml file then browse to the style you need to import and make sure merge into style you chose the style your overwriting. click import and there you go. Now if this is something you are not comfortable with you may request help I may be able to take a look and see what I can see. or I know this is a custom theme ask the Theme makers if they can take a look.

OH, I thought you were talking about re importing the plug ins. It is a heavily customized theme and it would take too work much to reimport them to the site and go in and recode all the custom modifications. Also, this is happening across all themes, including the default which has not been modified in the least. That is what is leading me to believe that it is a VB issue, not a theme issue.
Before the upgrade from 4.0.1 to 4.2.1 it worked with 4 different themes that all were modified heavily. |

Anyone have an idea of where to look, or what to do?
