I believe you messed up the doc width... You need to adjust it from style manager/yourstyle/style variables then look for doc width...

if you adjust that one, at least your main page will be centered in the screen not going out right or left...

also, you need to balance the left margin so basically you need to specifiy the following in the style manager/ style variables

1-max width, often it is 1280px or bigger a little...
2- width, often it is auto
3- min width, often 990px

try these first and see how things go with you...

yes, there is an issue with you top boxes not being aligned and that is because of percent adjustment...

Update: it turns out your doc margin is not set... you need to do it. also, I noticed that your other style Red one is working fine,,, if you want to use the blue one images, you can just exchange them and you will have the blue images on top of the red one...
