Rebrading & new domain

My site is a very well hacked staking site and after being hit by the Black Friday in 2011 the website almost took a huge tmble and lost 99% of its traffic.

Well we are rebranding and starting again closing the original site and moving to a new domain, moving the license and basically starting from scratch.

The forum is very hacked and the only obvious way for me to make the site run again (i tried this before) was to get the site up from a backup and do a find/replace in the database to the new domain deleting all thread/user data and resetting all tables to 1.

Can anyone tell me which tables I need to do this to and how I do it?

As I said, it most definately isnt a viable option to reinstall, there are just too many hacks. I recently upgraded and that cost me an arm and a leg and even then didnt get completed!
