I have the Display Name as the name of my website (no www or .com, just the name of the site.

I have the namespace as just the name without any spaces.

Contact email is my email address.

App Domains: I put the URL of my website

Hosting URL: did nothing here

Sandbox Mode: Disabled

When I enter the full http://www.socialhulk.com in the App Domains section, I get this error:

"Error
App Domains: http://www.socialhulk.com should not contain protocol information."

When I enter www.socialhulk.com in the Apps Domains section, I get this error:

"Error
You have specified an App Domain but have not specified a valid integration URL.

www.socialhulk.com must be derived from one of: Site URL, Mobile Site URL, Canvas URL, Secure Canvas URL, Page Tab URL or Secure Page Tab URL.

Category is required when Sandbox Mode is disabled. You can set a Category for this app in the App Details section of the App Dashboard."
