Move What's Going On?

Seems simple enough... if I can see it, I can normally do it... here goes nothing... wish me luck!

WELL... it worked, but it put the icon legend in with it... I wanted it out of the top and just left on bottom... is that possible?

Actually, I want forum stats and icon legend at the bottom. I am pretty sure I found all the code for this, I just need to get verified where those two blocks within whats going on start and stop.

Yeah I definitely need to be told from beginning of STATS to end of LEGEND what to take out from the top and leave at the bottom of the forum. I thought I had the beginning and end codes right, and refreshed and my whole forum was missing and ONLY the What's Going On box was there! LOL! -- Thank God for revert!
