Why use, Default Staff Signature?

Many professional websites such as vBSEO, have a default staff signature, that displays along with the staffs personal signature. If you are running any type of website, it is a good idea to have all your administrators and moderators have the same signature. It can only be changed from within the ACP, so it will be the same for all staff.

You have two options to show the default staff signature, via a option in the settings (which is not translatable), or a phrase (which is translatable).

It should ignore it, as it is built differently than the default signature.

Is it for all members in those usergroups or only some individuals?

v1.0.1 fixes a issue where if multiple staff members replied in a thread in succession, there would be extra line breaks that would show up, for each post.

v1.0.2 fixes a issue where some staff groups, on some sites, the Default Staff Signature would not show up.

Hi,

Is there any way we can show the default signature irrespective of whether the user enabled the signature or not ?

Not at this time, I don't know if it is possible, due to the signature needing to be displayed in order to activate the required hooks.
