Preview of First Post Image in Forum Display

I can't seem to find this Mod. But i've seen it in several forums. It's mostly for picture forums.

I want to be able to get a preview of the first image when i run my mouse over it.

For Example: In the picture below instead of the envelope. I would be able to see the first picture of that first post in the thread. If there was no picture it would show a picture of the persons avatar

I am running VB 3.X




Anyone know about this?
