Hello friends i am using vb4.1.5 hosted in ipage i also took back up option and additional 10$ paying for that now i am trying to backup my site its showint no backup availabel. i also contacted the customer care but no use they are saying there is no database table in your database, if there is no data base how can the website works? website working without any problem pls give suggestion how to get back up.

It sounds as though you are trying to do a restore of your forum/site, in order to do a restore you have to have made a backup first.

You can do a back up ( copy) of your site in your CPanel, you will be allowed to store on your server, or download it to your PC.

Once you have a back up you can then upload it to re-store your forum, if you have a hack, or make a mistake deleting something.
