Yes I have asked over on their forum but no one answers!

Any help here guys?

Ive submitted a ticket, emailed and another thread and still nothing.

Please can someone help, when we enable VBSEO and visit a thread we get,

"our records show that you have already registered under the name of NAMEHERE If you have lost your password, click here. If you would like to modify your profile, click here."

any ideas?

Also all images from albums and avatars etc all go missing once enabled!

You need to ask on their forum, not here.

Just be patient and wait for them to answer.

Doesn't matter. You still need to ask there regardless of how long it may take to get an answer.

I sent an email regarding a purchase and have not been replied too. Also I heard the phone and chat are dead now. Doesn't that suggest that they are probably going belly up?
