Looking for a mod that embeds videos that are locally uploaded

I did some searching but couldn't find anything really. But i bet it must be there.
Now if someone uploads a video you get the attachment link and other people can download it.
Is it possible to have the video playing on the site (mpeg, divx, mov etc) AND have a download link underneath it?

That would be awesome.
