I have set the time in the admin CP to GMT-6 and i have also set the time in my user panel to the same but I am currently getting this:

All times are GMT -5. The time now is 02:44 PM.

But currently the time is 7:44pm (CST) so it would appear that somewhere in the code its saying that GMT is defined as central time. How would i reset that?
