Though it was about time to share a sneak peak of a premium style I'm working on right now. It's literally several years in the making, but I've finally organized time to work on it proper. This is a vB3 forum, but it will also be available for vB4 and XenForo.
There's still a few things to be tweaked and accounted for. But so far, the biggest issues have been addressed. Final release should be sometime around summer.
The graphics and style need so much work. This is really several years of work?
The initial design did not take several years. It just took several years to get around to putting it together. I'm not sure what you mean by more work, since that's how it's supposed to look.
I think things changed a bit in design from the time you completed the design to when you got around to putting it together. I'm not trying to be rude, but the design is horrid.

It's identical to the Photoshop template I originally finalized. Hey, not everyone is into the same same things, visually. I'm designing for people looking for something different from the norm. No design pleases everyone, so I'm looking to create something that isn't like what's consistently done over and over again. Won't be everyone's cup of tea. I can only hope that maybe you're looking too much at the pixelization caused by the reduced resolution of attachment, and not at the design itself. Something I didn't expect with the file size I used. Here's a picture you better quality screenshot. https://docs.google.com/file/d/0B00b...it?usp=sharing As you can see, the design is quite crisp and a lot of time was spent making sure it was a crisp as different browsers were capable of rendering it. Might not be your thing, but I think "horrid" is a bit over the top.
No, it's not an issue for me. I just thought my topic was kinda generic, so I didn't think of these areas. Was just wondering. It's fine here or there.
This makes me nostalgic for vB3. Sort of want to throw one up just to have one that I can mess with.
While the colors or the larger rounded corners aren't exactly my cup of tea, kudos. Reminds me of an old website design of mine that I used for a couple of years
