Help on how to hide vbulleting menu and login box

I need to find a way to hide the login area and also the menu on the vbulleting since i already have a main menu , can anyone help me on how i can do this on the templates or guide me ?? thanks

Comment out the necessary areas in your header template with <!-- code here -->. (Don't actually put "code here," of course.)
