did you follow the instructions step by step?

can you explain what you did?? also tell us whether you use vb4.2 pl3 or other versions, or vbseo?the steps are very simple and straight forward to install

is similar thread enabled in your options?

Message Searching Options- Automatic Similar Thread Search (YES)?
Thread Display Options (showthread) - Show Similar Threads? (YES)?

Me my issue was these were always off. So i had to run the maintenance tool under : Maintenance / General Update Tool / Rebuild Similar Threads / Rebuild.

And everything appeared after.

Thanks for the mod. Works very well in 4.2.1

How can I change "similar threads:" to something else? I searched in the phrases.

When you searched the phrases did you choose to search variables and text? I am sure it is there in the phrases.
