Weirdest access problem.
I have this strange problem that has me stumped.
Let's say we have 3 user groups, A, B and C We also have a private forum called PV People in group A CAN see PV People in B and C can NOT see PV So far so good. If I give people in group B the secondary group of A they can now see PV. This is good. If I give people in group C the secondary group A they still can NOT see PV. Why? Obviously I'm missing something somewhere but I'm damned if I can see what. I've looked at permissions and configurations and so on and I can't see why C and D are different such if you give one a secondary of A it works but the other doesn't. Can anyone tell me where to look or suggest anything I might of missed or something. Thanks. |
