51 is the old one sorry got it wrong 76 is the new one

not sure why they are the same to you, there not for me maybe you need to refresh

I just clicked both links and they are in fact different skins

They look exactly the same for me in FF and IE and since I've never been to your site it's not a cache issue on our end

Perhaps they look different when you're logged in vs us being guests?

Ok since for some reason you cant see them i put them on photobucket

Looks to me like you've deleted the Navbar somehow, or the call to it in the header template, because the search box is totally missing

You have quite a bit of invalid HTML in both of your styles. That's why different people are seeing different things depending on the browser they're using and something completely different is showing when logged into your site. Which ever skin you plan on using will need those errors corrected, because that is most likely the root of your style issues.

If you're not sure how to do that, check the article in my profile for validating vBulletin. It might help to get you started.
