Thought this would be a good idea for a hack. Surfing and I found this script: http://www.rustyparts.com/pdf.php which creates pdf documents on the fly. It would be pretty cool to have next to the "Printable version" icon a pdf option too.

The PDF functions have been in php for a while, the only problem would be cpu time. If someone say tries to get the pdf file for say 100 threads at the same time it could bring the server to its knees as it tries to convert all of these into a pdf format, if its a big thread then even worse.
