I came across this "News Ticker Bar" on another forum that is being used to display and link Sponsor Specials for their Forum Vendors. I would really love to add this to my own forum!

I did a few searches on here but could not find the same one. I found similar ones but I am specifically looking for the same one... Maybe I'm using the wrong words to search for it.

If anyone knows this mod, please link me!! I would really appreciate it!
