I would like to know the URL to create these Navigation Menu items.

1) Members Near Me - Where users can see members near them
2)Members By States - Where users can search members by states
3) My Profile - A Link to my profile
4) Add a topic
5) Article Submission - Where users can submit articles

6) Add a group - A link to add a group
7)State Groups - groups by state
8) City Groups
9) My Groups - a link to view my groups

This is related to a geographical location... or what ...?
I do not think that is an option native vbulletin

What kind of articles ... in HOME (CMS)...?

State, which is a "state" for you...? Group is open, closed... or...?
8) City Groups
City groups, .../group.php?groupid=X (replace X with id) ...
9) My Groups - a link to view my groups > .../group.php

These are all functions and links that already exist in vB itself...
