Dr_Mo7ammad you've pretty much been given all the advice available, it is a pain but as a forum owner you have to go to all the trouble yourself to sort this. IF you have followed Lynnes' advice and disabled ALL modifications and are still having load issues then you should ask your host to provide you with the name of the script taking up all the resources or raise a support ticket with vbulletin.com.

There's little more we can do for you, if you need these things doing for you then you can post in the PAID modifications section and ask for direct help, remember this will mean that you will have to give usernames and passwords to your forum and to your server so make sure you trust the person completely and then change passwords afterwards.

Why don't you just leave hostgator? There are plenty of hosts out there that will host you.

There is just too much going on in this site, from the scrolling mods to all the images still not optimized.

I sent you a message on the 23rd of December and I never heard back from you Dr_Mo7ammad. The last test I ran on your forums still indicates you have not added the leverage caching I suggested you do.

This has nothing to do with hostgator. Also if you have anything to do with facebook I suggest you either a.) remove it or b.) figure out a way to minimize what it is you do with facebook.

I had facebook like buttons on my forums and I was getting messages from gator that it was affecting everyone else.

Facebook sends at times up hundreds of craw spiders to your site if you post share threads or posts to facebook. Their spiders at times can be crawling your site for content at a very high alarming rate.

This is a case where you are going to have to think everything over and decide what is more important on your site/forums.

I host on shared hosting various websites with links for all posts to facebook twitter etc etc it's the host and what is "acceptable usage" to them. In this situation it is best to move hosts to ensure uninterrupted service. Go to webhostingtalk there are a lot of hosting offers there with discounts. You could try mddhosting

Are you allowed to install Memcached? Can you modify the my.cnf file? Upgrade mysql? Turn off apache modules? etc (Also, you only linked to one thread - they are both the same.)

My comment was regarding the tutorial you linked to - I highly doubt that since you are on a shared server that your host would allow you to do many of the things in that thread, so I don't understand why they would link you to it.

Thank you for the update to this issue. From looking at the access logs at the time of the suspension it appears that while the vbulletin installation itself could use some general optimization the issuse itself may have bene in part triggered by excessive numbers of requests coming from the bing bot, as such I would strongly advise manually throttling the crawl rate of the bing bot as is described in the following article:

I've built anti bot mods (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=264932) but i run my forums allowing free crawl from the bots (behaviour watching...etc) by far Baidu is the worst but never overloaded resources to the extent you are experiencing, that said, try installing my mod and edit the bot list to suit you and aftera short while those in the list will stop visiting your site and your resource usage will lower, i have to stress though it's not a fix for things that you or your hosts should do.
