This is what the help section says about the target url field

This is the URL that the Tab or Link should redirect you to. It can be a relative target or a full url. It can also be blank (sometimes useful for tabs, not really useful for links).
Even if I put in the arcade link, it STILL refreshes the page when the tab is clicked on.

All I want is that those sub links finally work and actually show up
