Need help with forum structur and templates

When I set LanguageA and LanguageB as "forum", you are right, all working fine. Basically, that is not my problem. Sorry, I started wrong and got lost.

Actual I have a forum like this (one language):

When I click on LanguageA I will(this is my wish) see this: http://i.minus.com/ibpapStZ0CrIcI.png and nothing else.

Is this not possible?
