Thread warning or note BBCode

Hi there,

Is anyone aware of a mod or BBCode that inserts a warning to other members, for example if an Admin or Mod edits a post or gives a user an infraction they can add the BBcode

And it will display a box similiar to the announcements box you can have in the header with the message?
