How to make a specific forum Paid? Similar to Warrior Forum WSO and Classified Ads

Hi Everyone,

I have a new forum using 4.2. I would like to make a 'Buy Sell' type forum that requires payment for creating a thread. This would be similar to the Warrior forum charging for WSOs and classified ads. Where can I find a tutorial or instructions for this please?

Also, I have set up a paid subscription for accessing a section of my forum - a category and child forums. However, I don't see how users know they need to purchase to access it. Is there a way to point out the upgrade?

And where do I find a link to give them if I want to say 'click here' to upgrade to premiere membership?

Thank you for your patience with these newbie questions. I have tried searching G and the forums but can't find the right wording for the answers I need.
