Now your site is no longer there, the default site is shown very fast.
So i think it might have something to do with your site content / plugins.

Nah, the domain is parked. This can happen when someone is changing hosts. The script you're seeing loads really fast because there's nothing in it.

I bet the OP is changing hosts.

It appears to be your vb skin that is the issue, switch back to default and run the same webspeed test to see if you have the same issues- the load time is fixed:
