Can someone please help me figure this out?

When I open a smiley "more" box, it has the same background as the rest of my site...which actually looks quite terrible with all those smileys stacked on top of it. I just want to change it to some solid color.

I have looked everywhere I can figure out and have tried changing literally every StyleVar with the word "background" under the blocks section, but I just can't seem to get the background to change.

Help please?
