Add image to thread title

OK, As i post this thread it will be shown on the forumdisplay with all the other threads

My question is, How would i go about adding an image to a thread title so it shows up with the image and title ?

So it will still show the title name, the poster and when posted, BUT it will also be able to show an image

I want to be able to do this with many threads on the same forumdisplay page

Basically i am testing a site for gaming and when someone posts a recruitment thread, they can have an option to subscribe and have an image of the clan logo beside the thread
