Unregistered/not logged in users
How do I restrict viewing to unregistered/not logged in users?? At the moment anyone that goes to our home page can see all of the forums. I have edited the forum permissions to "no" on everything but they can still see.
Help please |

Do you want unregistered users to see nothing? You could edit the Unregistered Users group and change the "Forum Viewing Permissions". Otherwise, I think editing the forum permissions should have worked.

I think what happened is instead of adding another user group I modified the unregistered user group. I can remember which one i changed it with tho. But yeah we dont want the unregistered users to see anything other than to register of course.

Do not change the default usergroups to do something else as a few have their usergroupid hardcoded into the software. Change usergroup 1 (the default Unregistered Users group) back to the Unregistered Usergroup.
