Create a text/article without get it on frontpage

How can i create a text or article to place behind a menu, without the text on frontpage.

It depends on what you have your section set to show for the first page - do you have it set to show the latest articles? Or do you have it set to be chosen manually? If manually, then just don't select it to be shown there.

I cant see the option for not been showing on frontpage?

It's a Section setting. Edit the home page section and set Display Order to manually and then just don't include that article. Or set the Content From to just that section and put the article you don't want shown into a different section.
