FIRST SET OF STATUS ICONS (3 ICONS PER SET)


I want the creature in this banner , to be featured in the first 2 set of icons. In set 1, he'd be smiling with the knife in his hand for NEW POSTS.

Then he'd have a straight-frown on his face with no knife for OLD POSTS

For FORUM_LINK, he would have X's for eyes. Like a dead cartoon character. And his frown would be an upside down smile. And no knife.

Behind him in each icon, would be a decaying circle. So it'd look like he's popping out of the circle in the icon. Akin to how Looney Tunes characters look as if they're popping/hanging out of a circle at the end of a cartoon? The circle would be a white/brownish color.

I only say brownish because it must look rotting, and decayed and faded. Like a white bow and arrow target left in the woods for years? It would show signs of weather and age related decay? Something like that. All three icons would have a black background.

For set two, all the poses would be the same, except he'd be framed inside a very glossy polaroid picture. And the pictures would have trails of blood splatter on them. And the background of the overall icon would be black.

Set three would feature a grim reaper character with a skeletal face, rye smile, and red eyes, wielding a scythe. For NEW POSTS...his cloak and hood would be a gothic purple, and his blade would be right in front of his face as if he's threatening with it. But it wouldn't block out his face a lot. The scythe would have blood on the tip of the blade. And around him, would be small pieces of tattered book pages. The pieces of paper should be colored and designed to look like they came from a gothic magic spell book or something. So they'd be kind of brownish and worn looking.

For OLD POSTS, everything would be the same as NEW POSTS. Except, the reapers face wouldn't be visible. It would be hidden within the darkness of his cloak hood. And there'd be no tattered page pieces around him.

For FORUM_LINK, it'd just be a crystal fortune teller ball with cracks in it and blood splatter on it. All three icons would have black backgrounds.




CATEGORY STRIPS


You see how the HOUSE ON HAUNTED HILL writing looks in this poster? http://ia.media-imdb.com/images/M/MV...0,214,317_.jpg I want HORROR MOVIES AND STUFF written on the middle of the strip in a demented'esque way similar to the HOUSE ON HAUNTED HILL writing in the poster. Except the words will be tilted a bit, and they'd be colored black.

And done in an inky fashion. So for example, at the bottom of the H in "HORROR", there'd be kind of a black ink blot design? Like some mental patient scribbled the name of the site on the cat strip and left sloppy but cool ink blots at the edge of some of the letters? That's the effect we're going for. The background of the strip would be a dim candy red color. Kind of like a mix between the #660000 hex code and the #ff0000 hex code. Not super bright but not super dark. Somewhere in the middle. But if this cannot work, darker would be more appreciated than too light.

Strip #2 would be black-colored background, with the same titled words? HORROR MOVIES AND STUFF? Except the words would be runny and colored red. Like blood-stained. And the background of the design would be reminiscent of the wall-decay of an abandoned tenement building. Small but very visible little cracks, pilts, and holes.




SECOND SET OF STATUS ICONS (2 ICONS PER SET)

I've attached two images MOH 1 and MOH 2. MOH1 would be for NEW POSTS, and would just require gloss, and a different-toned red blood splatter added. MOH 2 just needs to have gloss added. Both should be resized to 48x48.

The next set would be for a "Freddy vs. Jason" board. For OLD POSTS, it'd be a silhouette of Freddy's glove impaled through Jason's mask. With a grungy background. For NEW POSTS, it'd be a silhouette of Jason's mask and Freddy's glove with a large tear or slash going down the middle or straight across. Grungy background for this one as well. 48x48 size with blood splatter for effect.

Last one for this set. It's for a "Scream 4" board. For OLD POSTS it'd be Ghostface's mask in ZOOM view. For NEW POSTS, (here's where it gets complicated)... it'd be a 1 second animated gif. I am not sure how many of you saw the movie "Scream 2"? But in that movie, after the first set of end credits as Sidney is walking across the college campus, they show a quick flash of Ghostface with the knife, before rolling the second set of end credits. I wanted that small like 1 second half/second clip of Ghostface, as a 48x48 animated NEW POSTS status icon for my "Scream 4" board.
