How to get ALL content from RSS feed?

If you haven't entered anything for "Maximum Items to Fetch" (you've left it at 0), then I think it should get everything in the feed. Are you sure the feed actually contains the enitre blog?

There's also a log of what's been posted from a feed, so if you got some item, deleted them, then tried to run it again, it won't post the same items again. You can solve that problem by deleting the feed and adding it again.
