Looking for a special Newsletter Modification

Hello,
I´m looking for a newsletter modification.

It must have the following features:
- VERY IMPORTANT: Automatic sending from messages via a schedule
- VERY IMPORTANT: HTML Format
- You should be able to select different groups

I have vB 4.1.10.

Is there a modification (free or non free) with these features?
