View Site Leaders shows everyone as "offline"
Even though some of of are not. I'm logged in and active in our vBulletin forum, but when I click on Quick Links > View Site Leaders it shows all of us as offline.
What's with that? vBulletin 4.2.0 Dang! So now it is showing us as 'online'. I had even logged out, shutdown the browser, and restarted/logged back in, and it still showed me as 'offline' when I made this post. And yes, my browser is set to clear all cookies and the cache on exit. WTH(eck)!! Now I'm being shown as offline again, even though I am not! And, in this situation, if I look at my Profile, it clearly reports me as being online -- as I am!!! |

In the "Server Settings and Optimization Options" section of the adminCP options, there's a setting for "Forum Leaders Cache" (which seems to have a default of 180 minutes). So I think your problem is that the info is cached for 3 hours and doesn't reflect your current online status.
Seems like it would be a good idea to remove the online indicator if the data is cached, but I suppose that's considered a relatively minor issue. |

Thank you. I've disabled this option (set the time to 0).

Can you view your site via both www.yoursite.com and just yoursite.com? And did you set the cookie domain properly if so (to .yoursite.com)?

I checked ACP > Settings > Options Cookie Domain > Suggested Settings and set it to .kubuntuforums.net (it was set to blank). Thank you for the comment. I'll see how this changes things.
